Once you have found the home you wish to purchase, and the seller has accepted your offer, then it is the right time for a pre-purchase home inspection. We meet the buyer (our client) and the homeowner or real estate agent at the property by appointment. The inspector will explain the inspection procedure and welcome the client's questions throughout the inspection.
We are committed to providing you with the most thorough and comprehensive inspection and testing available, using state-of-the-art procedures and testing equipment, such as an INFRARED THERMOGRAPH, to evaluate the conditions and discover defects, which may affect your purchase.
We will explain how all the systems work and what future maintenance or repairs may be needed for the house. Our comprehensive inspection includes the complete building and grounds. Environmental issues are addressed. A free Termite Certification Report is included.
When the inspection is complete, you will receive a full, detailed 30–50-page report (depending on the size of the house) regarding our findings.
